2017/08/31 | Nishiyama visited Prof. Kim lab in KAIST to proceed a collaborative research regarding in vivo imaging of angiogenesis using mice. I enjoyed all of the events which I joined in. I very very thank for your taking care of me in all the time, Prof. Pilhan, Kibek SoYeon and Jee Myung. |
2017/08/25 | Nishiyama gave an invited talk in The 15th Japana-Korea Joint Symposium on Vascular Biology. The tile of my talk is Reconstruction of the roles of pericyte and blood flow in angiogenesis on chip. I thank the organizes for giving me the chance, and also thank all audience join in my talk. I was happy because we got new possible collators with us there. |

2017/06/01 | Dr. Hashimoto and Prof. Yokokawa of collaboration research group have published recent progress in the journal of Integrative Biology. This is the first manuscript which Miura-team in CREST ‘Biodynamics’ published. In this progress, we established a fundamental methodology, in which tissue or reconstructed tissue can be cultured for longer time period by perfusion through the connected vasculature. Integrating perfusable vascular networks with a three-dimensional tissue in a microfluidic device |
2016/06/17 | K. Nishiyama joined the 68th annual meeting of the Japan society of Cell biology, which are held at Kyoto. This was the first time to join the meeting, but he really enjoyed the exciting meeting. |
